The Process

GETTING IT RIGHT AT THE OUTSET
This is one of the key principles for Link and we achieve this through a variety of measures and steps:

Proposal Stage - For all projects, we will create a detailed proposal identifying:

  • Objectives of the campaign
  • Outline approach
  • Target customerbase
  • Guaranteed number of outcomes over a trial period

Once the client is happy with the proposal, we will put a contract into place, binding us to the GUARANTEED number of successes.    If we don‛t hit that number of successes, you don‛t pay.


Training/Set up Stage

Following a training session with the client, we will create a detailed campaign brief which is signed off by the client prior to commencement on the phones. This will include:

  • Detail of the approach to be used on the telephone (more a set of “parameters” rather than a script)
  • Confirmation of  diary management/communication structure between us and the client
  • Reporting and analysis requirements

Following creation of the campaign brief, we will either purchase data to be used, or receive it from the client.


Implementation Stage

During the first day/days of the campaign, the Team Manager will work the campaign themselves, perfecting the approach before rolling out to members of the telesales team.

Sample recorded calls can be sent to the client to verify that the approach is appropriate and as discussed/as required.

Campaign working

  • Once the campaign is rolled out to telesales staff, the team manager will oversee the campaign, coaching and training staff on a day-to-day basis.
  • All campaign successes are checked and verified by the team manager prior to being sent through to our client on a daily basis.
  • The team manager will liaise with the client to keep them abreast of progress and clarify any queries which arise.


Analysis and Review

At conclusion of the campaign, Link will provide the client with an analysis of the campaign results, and review outcomes.

Long Term Campaigns

Subject to successful review with the client, and subject to the number of days/month, and the number of months contracted, Link are pleased to offer sliding scale discount for long-term campaigns.
